DTO Registration Requirements

Please read and acknowledge the following requirements before proceeding. You must meet all documentation and compliance standards to be onboarded as a Digital Transformation Officer.

Documentation Submission

All DTOs must submit essential work documents to verify their identity and employment status within the organisation.

  • Employment ID
  • Government work file number
  • Endorsement / Appointment Letter from Department Head or CEO

Verification Process

  • Submitted documents will be reviewed by DICT Secretary and the Government onboarding team
  • The DICT department head and onboarding team will verify the information against the organisation's records

Confidentiality & Data Security

  • Documents submitted by the DTO will be treated with utmost confidentiality and information provided will be considered sensitive

Confirmation of Legitimacy

  • Upon successful verification, the DTO will receive confirmation of their approval via email or phone call with the onboarding process

Rejection Process

  • Application for onboarding will be rejected upon providing insufficient documentation and the process will have to be restarted

Legal Compliance

  • Failure of DTO to provide viable documentation and non-compliance of standards will be legally dealt with by DICT
