Documentation Submission
All DTOs must submit essential work documents to verify their identity and employment status within the organisation.
Employment ID
Government work file number
Endorsement / Appointment Letter from Department Head or CEO
Verification Process
Submitted documents will be reviewed by DICT Secretary and the Government onboarding team
The DICT department head and onboarding team will verify the information against the organisation's records
Confidentiality & Data Security
Documents submitted by the DTO will be treated with utmost confidentiality and information provided will be considered sensitive
Confirmation of Legitimacy
›Upon successful verification, the DTO will receive confirmation of their approval via email or phone call with the onboarding process
Rejection Process
›Application for onboarding will be rejected upon providing insufficient documentation and the process will have to be restarted
Legal Compliance
›Failure of DTO to provide viable documentation and non-compliance of standards will be legally dealt with by DICT
