DTO Registration Requirements Please read and acknowledge the following requirements before proceeding. You must meet all documentation and compliance standards to be onboarded as a Digital Transformation Officer.
All DTOs must submit essential work documents to verify their identity and employment status within the organisation.
Employment ID Government work file number Endorsement / Appointment Letter from Department Head or CEO A clear photo of your ID Submitted documents will be reviewed by DICT Secretary and the Government onboarding team The DICT department head and onboarding team will verify the information against the organisation's records Confidentiality & Data Security
Documents submitted by the DTO will be treated with utmost confidentiality and information provided will be considered sensitive Confirmation of Legitimacy
› Upon successful verification, the DTO will receive confirmation of their approval via email or phone call with the onboarding process › Application for onboarding will be rejected upon providing insufficient documentation and the process will have to be restarted › Failure of DTO to provide viable documentation and non-compliance of standards will be legally dealt with by DICT Acknowledgement — tick all three to continue
